Meet Warren McGregor

Warren McGregor
Founder & Co-President, Children's Foundation International

Warren McGregor's story begins in South Africa, where he witnessed his homeland's extraordinary transformation from apartheid to a nation striving for freedom and opportunity for all its people. That journey — and the stark needs he witnessed among the continent's most vulnerable children — shaped the man he would become. In 1999, Warren moved to the United States, settling in Sarasota, Florida, to become a conduit for resources and awareness to the plight of those in Southern Africa, while building a life centered on three enduring passions: humanitarian work, family, and business.

In 2009, that calling became Children's Foundation International (CFI) — a nonprofit Warren founded on a simple conviction: that the most vulnerable children deserve the most basic building blocks of a future. CFI's work is rooted in three pillars — Fresh Water, Education, and Nutrition — each addressing a need Warren saw firsthand growing up in Southern Africa.

Today, that mission reaches over 2,000 at-risk children across Eswatini (Swaziland) and Zambia every year. CFI serves more than 700,000 meals annually, ensuring no child has to learn, grow, or simply survive on an empty stomach. Through its Pre-school education programs, CFI has provided schooling and learning support to over 2,000 children, many of whom would otherwise have no access to a classroom. And with more than a dozen fresh water wells drilled, CFI has brought clean, safe water to communities where it was once scarce or non-existent — transforming not just individual lives, but entire villages for generations to come.

To date, CFI has sent over $1,000,000 to fund these life-changing projects across Southern Africa. Every well drilled, every meal served, every child given the chance to learn traces back to a simple belief Warren has carried since childhood: that those with the means to help carry the responsibility to act.

Warren lives in Sarasota, Florida, with his two children. Outside of his work with CFI, he is the owner of Luxe Coastal Properties and serves as President of the Sarasota Southside Rotary Club, where he continues to make an impact in his local community.

Meet Bradley Anderson

Bradley Anderson — Operations & Board Member, Children's Foundation International

Bradley Anderson has been part of the Children's Foundation International family for close to 15 years - and what started as a calling has grown into a deep, personal commitment to the children of Swaziland.

As Operations and Board Member, Bradley works behind the scenes to keep the mission moving forward while also serving as a passionate connector between CF and the business community along with supporting fundraising efforts. An immigrant himself, he understands the power of opportunity and the difference a caring community can make in a child's life. His heart for young people extends beyond CF - Bradley also serves as a mentor with a local non-profit, walking alongside youth in his own community and investing in their futures one relationship at a time.

Whether he's building relationships with business leaders, opening doors to new partnerships, or rallying his network around a cause greater than any bottom line, Bradley brings the same energy and heart to CF that he does to everything he touches. His greatest hope is simple - to inspire more people to show up, give back, and join the journey.
